Good to know
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. The court money is entirely yours. The only cost is the yearly subscription.
How do I pay the subscription?
By bank transfer with the details shown in the app. You tap "I've paid" and we confirm it as soon as the payment arrives.
When does the year start?
On the day we approve your club. We remind you 30 and 7 days before it ends, and you can renew from the dashboard.
What if I'm late renewing?
You keep full access for 14 days after the year ends. If it's still unpaid after that, the club is paused and hidden from players until you renew. Your courts, bookings and players stay where they are.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Create reception accounts with their own login. They confirm bookings, take payments and check players in.
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. We include a QR scanner for check-in.
