1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator named above when you use Padel Hub — the website padelhubplay.com, the player app, the Telegram Mini App, and the coach console. Clubs using the manager and reception consoles are covered by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms disagree, the club agreement wins for the club.
By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old. Under 16, a parent or guardian creates the account and accepts these terms for you.
- One account per person. Give real details — clubs rely on them to know who is on their courts.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Some actions — booking a court, paying, joining a match, messaging a coach, publishing a club — require a confirmed email address.
3. What Padel Hub does, and does not do
Padel Hub is a platform. It shows you the courts, matches, tournaments and coaching sessions that clubs and coaches have published, and it passes your booking to them.
The contract for the court is between you and the club. The contract for a coaching session is between you and the coach. Padel Hub is not the provider of the court or the lesson, is not a party to those contracts, and does not hold your money. We are responsible for the platform working; the club is responsible for the court, its condition, its opening hours and its own rules.
4. Bookings and cancellations
- A booking is confirmed when the app says it is confirmed. Until then the slot is not yours.
- Each club sets its own cancellation policy — how long before the start you can cancel free of charge, and what happens if you cancel later. The policy that applies is the one shown on the booking screen at the time you book.
- If a club cancels your booking, you get your money back by the same method you paid, or the club offers you another slot. Padel Hub does not refund on the club's behalf because it never received the money.
- Open matches: if you join a match and then leave it, the places and the split of the court price change for everyone else. Leave as early as you can.
5. Paying for a court
- Prices are set by the club and shown before you confirm.
- You can pay by card through the provider the club has connected, or in cash at reception where the club allows it. Card payments go to the club's own account; Padel Hub does not take a cut of your booking.
- If your share of a match goes unpaid past the deadline the club has set, the club may charge a late fee and your ability to make new bookings may be paused until it is settled.
6. How to behave
Padel Hub helps you find and organise matches with other people. We do not vet or guarantee the skill level, the identity or the behaviour of other players. Use your judgement when you meet someone for the first time, and meet at the club.
Do not:
- Book a court you do not intend to use, or repeatedly fail to turn up.
- Harass, insult or threaten other players, coaches or club staff, in chat or on court.
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that is not yours to post.
- Impersonate someone else, or create an account to get around a ban.
- Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it automatically.
- Use the service to sell anything other than the padel gear the Gear section is for.
- Enter false match results, or write a review of a club you have not played at.
- Sign in to, or try to sign in to, somebody else's account.
7. Reports, bans and suspension
Players and coaches can report each other. A report is reviewed by a person, not applied automatically. Where a report is upheld, the account is restricted in steps:
- 24 hours
- one week
- one month
- permanent suspension from the platform
A serious single incident can go straight to a longer step. While an account is restricted the person cannot sign in. We tell you what the report said and you can reply to [email protected].
8. Coaches
- A coach account must carry real details, and the certificates you upload must be yours and genuine.
- A coach is visible to players only after at least one club has approved them.
- The coach books and pays for the court; students pay the coach directly. Padel Hub is not involved in that payment and takes no commission on it.
- A coach works for themselves or for the club, not for Padel Hub. There is no employment relationship between a coach and the operator of Padel Hub.
9. Club accounts
A club account must be created by someone authorised to act for that club. If you run a club on Padel Hub you are responsible for:
- the accuracy of what you publish — courts, opening hours, prices, cancellation policy;
- honouring the bookings made through the platform;
- complying with the consumer protection, payment and tax rules that apply to you where you operate;
- the staff accounts you create, and what the people using them do with player data.
The commercial terms between a club and Padel Hub — what the club pays and on what basis — are set out in the separate written agreement with that club, not here.
10. Content you post
Your photos, reviews, messages and listings stay yours. By posting them you give us permission to store and show them inside the service for as long as you keep them there. We can remove content that breaks section 6 or the law.
11. Intellectual property
The Padel Hub name, logo, app, website and design belong to the operator. Using the service does not give you any ownership of them, and you may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
12. Third-party services
Padel Hub is built on services run by other companies. Where a feature depends on one, that provider's own terms apply to it as well:
- Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel and Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
- Resend — service email.
- Sentry — error monitoring.
- Telegram — the Mini App and Telegram notifications, if you link your account.
- OpenStreetMap — maps and address lookup.
- Stripe, Redsys, Viva Wallet, JCC — card payments, depending on which one your club has connected.
13. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Padel Hub running, but it is provided as it is. We may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or stop offering it. If we stop it for good, we give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
14. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and for anything else the law does not let us exclude. We are not liable for the condition of a court, for an injury you get playing, for what another player, coach or club does, or for loss caused by a club cancelling or closing.
Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.
15. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Bookings you already have are not cancelled automatically — cancel them first, or the club's policy applies. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains what we have to keep afterwards and for how long.
We may close your account if you break these terms badly or repeatedly.
16. Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
17. Changes to these terms
Each version carries a number and a date, shown at the top. We tell you in the app and by email before a material change takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can close your account.
