Padel Hub ES

Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 4 October 2026

Padel Hub is operated by Ivan Hlazkov. Questions about these terms: [email protected].

1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator named above when you use Padel Hub — the website padelhubplay.com, the player app, the Telegram Mini App, and the coach console. Clubs using the manager and reception consoles are covered by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms disagree, the club agreement wins for the club.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

3. What Padel Hub does, and does not do

Padel Hub is a platform. It shows you the courts, matches, tournaments and coaching sessions that clubs and coaches have published, and it passes your booking to them.

The contract for the court is between you and the club. The contract for a coaching session is between you and the coach. Padel Hub is not the provider of the court or the lesson, is not a party to those contracts, and does not hold your money. We are responsible for the platform working; the club is responsible for the court, its condition, its opening hours and its own rules.

4. Bookings and cancellations

5. Paying for a court

6. How to behave

Padel Hub helps you find and organise matches with other people. We do not vet or guarantee the skill level, the identity or the behaviour of other players. Use your judgement when you meet someone for the first time, and meet at the club.

Do not:

7. Reports, bans and suspension

Players and coaches can report each other. A report is reviewed by a person, not applied automatically. Where a report is upheld, the account is restricted in steps:

  1. 24 hours
  2. one week
  3. one month
  4. permanent suspension from the platform

A serious single incident can go straight to a longer step. While an account is restricted the person cannot sign in. We tell you what the report said and you can reply to [email protected].

8. Coaches

9. Club accounts

A club account must be created by someone authorised to act for that club. If you run a club on Padel Hub you are responsible for:

The commercial terms between a club and Padel Hub — what the club pays and on what basis — are set out in the separate written agreement with that club, not here.

10. Content you post

Your photos, reviews, messages and listings stay yours. By posting them you give us permission to store and show them inside the service for as long as you keep them there. We can remove content that breaks section 6 or the law.

11. Intellectual property

The Padel Hub name, logo, app, website and design belong to the operator. Using the service does not give you any ownership of them, and you may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

12. Third-party services

Padel Hub is built on services run by other companies. Where a feature depends on one, that provider's own terms apply to it as well:

13. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Padel Hub running, but it is provided as it is. We may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or stop offering it. If we stop it for good, we give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

14. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and for anything else the law does not let us exclude. We are not liable for the condition of a court, for an injury you get playing, for what another player, coach or club does, or for loss caused by a club cancelling or closing.

Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.

15. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Bookings you already have are not cancelled automatically — cancel them first, or the club's policy applies. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains what we have to keep afterwards and for how long.

We may close your account if you break these terms badly or repeatedly.

16. Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

17. Changes to these terms

Each version carries a number and a date, shown at the top. We tell you in the app and by email before a material change takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can close your account.
